DTF Printing on any Material
The Direct to Film process is highly versatile and can be applied to a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, and 50/50 shirts. With this innovative printing method, your logo is reproduced in a higher resolution than traditional screen printing allows. The resulting print is not only soft and flexible but has also undergone rigorous testing by an independent laboratory to ensure it can withstand up to 50 washings without any signs of cracking, peeling, or color degradation.

Safety Apparel
Our new DTF process offers significant advantages over traditional screen printing, especially when it comes to safety items. It is particularly well-suited for nylon and poly safety jackets, as it allows for more vibrant colors and easy logo placement. Unlike traditional screen printing, which cannot fill in the mesh “holes” on mesh safety vests, the DTF process bridges those gaps, ensuring that your logo details are visible in exquisite detail and photo quality. If you’re in need of safety apparel, be sure to visit our website at National Safety Gear, where you’ll find a wide selection of safety shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and safety vests.
